Over the past few years EMW have been investing in technology to enhance their efficiency, productivity and client services. The overall objective is to give their employees the best tools for the job so that they can continue to be the key driver of success for the firm.
This has included aiming to reduce the amount of time employees are spending on admin tasks each day – time that could be spent with clients.

PinBox - an automated email solution
As a result, Rising Tide were engaged to configure and deploy PinBox to help reduce some of the admin activities and give the employees time back.
The solution automates the filing of matter or case related email correspondence. It does this by regularly checking each employee’s inbox to identify matter or case related emails – automatically filing them to the matter management system, including attachments as required. The matter management system is updated to record all relevant information about the email, and the employee’s inbox updated to show which emails have been auto filed.
